The Enterprise Law: passed on November 29, 2005, by the XIth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 8th session and effective on July 1, 2006. It provides for the establishment, management organization and operation of limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, partnerships and private enterprises of all economic sectors as well as groups of companies.
